The Col. Albert Pawling Memorial Park was dedicated to Col. Albert Pawling, the first mayor of Troy on Tuesday April 14, 2015. That day also marked his 265th birthday and the 199th anniversary of his appointment as mayor. The memorial park is located at the intersection of Congress Street and Pawling Avenue.
